This bank is terrible. First the daily spending limit is ridiculously low and caused my card to be embarrassingly declined on a large purchase (even though I had adequate balance to cover the purchase). Second, no 24/7 card support if this kind of thing happens. Unacceptable. Third, they wouldn't even think of raising the spending limit, even though I always keep a good balance of funds in the bank. Its my money, I should be able to use it where, how, and when I like. What good is having money in the bank when you can't use it when you want? Also, no on-site bank managers to discuss in person, they like to hide behind phone calls that have to be set up with their bank clerks and be prepared to wait days for them to call you.

This is the world's slowest bank. Even drive through is deathly slow. I have to deposit money for work twice a week and EVERY TIME it takes at least 10 minutes. Plus, if there is more than one person, I have to leave cause it takes even longer.
