Got my hair cut, deep conditioned, and lightened using Balayage style highlights! My hair stylist did a wonderful job consulting with me, asking plenty of questions and was appropriately supervised, even when it was not necessary. Thank you so much!

I am new to the area and needed a place to get my eyebrows done. so I went to this place. the reviews were okay, not the best. but I have to say the people in here are honestly the nicest, most caring salon people I have ever met. I went back for a haircut and once again, 10/10 experience. they care so much and they all are so eager to learn. they do a great job here, and I normally get my hair professionally styled. go here, they do an amazing job

I love going to the school to get services done. Everyone is always so nice and I always love my hair :)

It's a good place to get hair cuts. I know because my hubby has an amazing looking fade now and i love it. 
However, i went yesterday because i had decided over night that i was finally ready to get layers. I went in at 2:10pm hoping i'd be out by 3 at the latest. The girl at the front desk told me "10 to 15 minutes." I sat down and waited.
10 minutes...15....30.... After 40 minutes my hubster came in and reminded me that we had a commitment with a friend all the way in Orlando and that we needed to get going. So i agreed to just put the whole thing off for another time. 
I got up and went to the desk to cancel my "walk in" and all i got was an apology and excuses as to why i sat there for 40 minutes. 
Here's my apology: i'm sorry that you didn't even have the decency to get up after 15 minutes to tell me that you are sorry and that you would try to get something worked out. There were 5 other stylists who i am sure were capable to do some simple layers. I'm sorry that i seemed a little rude, but i was excited to get my first professional haircut in years and be able to show it off. And last but not least, i'm sorry that i won't be coming back in for services on my own hair. My hubby on the other hand, will be coming back every 2 weeks for a fade.

I had Great experience with this place,  Chava is A Great Barber, Nice people and Great prices thank you Focus 4 Beauty, 4 serving my town PC.....
