I have now been impressed twice by the service I have received from the technicians at Folkes. Kurt made time in his very busy schedule the day we were anticipating a severe winter storm after we woke with no heat. He was kind, knowledgable, and thoroughly fixed the problem with our heating system. I was so impressed that I signed up for a service contract with the company. As part of this contract, Danny B. came out to service the AC system. He not only did that but fixed a problem with the wiring of one of the thermostats, making the AC more efficient. Danny was pleasant and patient, explaining the system to me so I could better understand. I recommend Folkes for service to everyone!

Great service, very helpful - I highly recommend them. They repaired my air conditioning unit quickly and for a great price. They came out the very next day after my initial phone call. I was so glad they could fit me in so quickly. They let me know of a part that I may need to replace soon & gave me the option of fixing it now or waiting - no pressure to make a sale but gave me information & options. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

I had our Central A/C unit service by Danny B and he was extremely professional and informative and courteous. He provided me with valuable information about the unit and the vital parts. Danny definitely representative Folkes Heating & Cooling in a very positive manner. I would recommend Folkes to my friends and family. Thank You

We recently had both central and ductless air conditioning installed in our house. It was a big and long considered step for us to take but we had finally decided to do it and chose Folkes for the installation. From our first meetings with Doreen to our last handshake two nights ago the entire process was flawless. Doreen helped us to sort our our various options and provided very detailed information and prices about the choices taking into consideration our needs, wants and making sure the choices were a fit to our lives. After coming to a decision we had the installation done by DJ and Mo. It was a very long day and throughout the process they were professional, courteous and good natured. They were very considerate of being in someone's house and wore booties to protect the floors, worked very neatly and left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. We couldn't have been happier with the whole process and can highly recommend Folkes.

Work was completed as promised and Tech was very clean. No mess and we had no cleanup to do. We believe the work was done properly and time will tell. At this point in time we are very satisfied with Folkes and their problem solving abilities. As work is required in the future we will be calling them.
