I find Food City to be very expensive compared to Aldi, however they do have good sales frequently.  The stores are very clean and the deli has very good foods both hot and cold.  Would recommend it to anyone.  My biggest complaint with Food City is that their employees are part-time making only $8 per hour.

They sometimes have delicious wild caught flounder fillets.  Ask the butcher when its coming in.  That day it was $6.99 pound.  This is the store on Brained Rd.
Produce always looks so fresh.  Employees are polite and helpful.They have good sales and enticements all the time.

Went around 9pm at night, parking lot has always been kinda dark, not their fault necassarily, but they could try and install more lights at least on building... Not many employees working, line formed with 5-6 customers, a manager had to come over and open another line, then second cashier came and a manager cane back apologized and took over bagging groceries. She was super sweet, but I would think manager shouldn't have to be bagging groceries at 9pm. Maybe they close earlier than I thought. It's always seemed a little short staffed though.

It's a normal store. I just miss Bi-Lo. When it was Bi-Lo we hired high schoolers and paid low wages. Now it's food City and we hire foreigners with a heavy accent for even lower wages. The store just seems cheap and completely foreign now, so I only go in for discount sports drinks.
