I have no idea why this place has 'fusion' in its name. 
It serves standard American Italian food. 
It is simple food,  cooked well. 
Although,  I did feel rushed... I was only halfway through my appetiser when my salad arrived,  and only halfway through that when my main course arrived.

A few glitches in the evening.  Started with being unable to make a reservation via telephone.  Lucky we live a mile away and drove over and were able to make a reservation for the seven of us..  Found out they forgot to put the phone on charger.  Yikes!

Other than mashed potatoes, which were cold,  everything else was good.

Not great. At all. Bad service- walked in an hour before close. No hostess, sign said seat yourself. We sat at the only table not too close to other people, but it still needed a wipe down. (ok, not a problem, we chose the seat...) It took 15 minutes before the bartender/waitress would make eye contact. She then sent the other guy over. He steps around spraying clean tables on his way over, not in any hurry at all. Finally gets to is and asks what we want. Husband said "a clean table and menus would be nice". Went South from there. Food was bad. Portions were tiny, brought the wrong dressing and screwed up a Caesar salad with chicken. I believe the chicken had been boiled.... Couldn't eat it. 
We won't be back. Disappointing since I'd heard good things

We just had dinner here last night.  The entrees were delicious and reasonably priced.  Great service in a quiet dining space. This was our second excellent experience at this restaurant.

Had dinner there tonight and it was awesome as always. We really enjoy the staff they are always so welcoming. The owner always comes by to say hello and we enjoy conversation with him.
