These are the same crew that has/had Billie Jeans Lakeside Grill and the old Rock Island Diner. Just a new name with a slight makeover of the cafe layout. Food is good even though the cooks seem confused sometimes. Service can be iffy depending on who is waitressing. Only complaint, the Catfish Dinner comes with only 1 piece of fish. Most establishments serve 2. Worth another visit. BTW, I didn’t say the diner was owned by the same person. The cooks and wait staff were the same people who were operating the place when it was the Rock Island Diner.

People  was nice, didn't care for chicken fried chicken sandwich.   Been there 3 times.  Last two food was great.  Today not as much.   Floors need to be cleaner.  Waitress was nice.  Great for the town knew few of customers there.  Friendly environment.

Good food but the service was terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and another 20 minutes for a refill. I tried 3 times to get my waitresses attention as she walked by. Finally the daughter, who looked like she was about 10, of one of the employless asked me what I needed. Good food but needs to work on service. Also this is the 4th time I have gone here and they have got my order correct once.

I think the food is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. BTW this business is not owned by the same owner of Billie Jeans. It is the same building but  different business owner. Nice variety in their daily special lineup.

The food was great. Place was packed not an empty seat. Waitress was very etentive.
