This is a smaller store with very limited organic products. I give it three stars because the staff is always so friendly. They did upgrade it some last year but I'm just use to bigger stores with better selections. They didn't even have organic beef stock...thats kind of a staple.

Incredibly rude staff. Not just one, but three! First one was a young blonde guy with glasses. I was struggling to get a cart out while holding my infant daughter. He walked up to the row of carts next to me, I assumed he was going to help me, he pulled a cart out and just walked away. No worries as if to help a struggling customer. Second was a young lady at the self checkout, when my food lion card wasn't working she told me there is nothing she can do to help me. Okay. Third was another young lady who came to relieve that one. My daughter was sitting in the child's seat playing and what not, and she came up to my child and told her "no! Don't do that." Tip, never scold another person's child. I only went here because I was given a gift card. Will never return.

"The beer store". Enough said. The Food Lion doughnuts are awful - don't even try them. And bring a coat if you plan to visit the produce alcove - which is like its own little Siberia within the store. Bonus - you can buy a chicken here for $19. And it's not even cooked yet. Or you can buy a chicken for $5.75. Seriously. Also - and I'm not sure Food Lion knows this - there's no such thing as a "chuck steak". They made it up. There's a chuck roast, sure. Fattiest POS meat you can buy. Calling it a steak is unconscionable, FL.

The experience was good we save 21 dollars. I also enjoyed that the store was clean and the clerk was courteous.

I really like tbis food lion. It could have more West Indian Island food like Salted fish in the package and sweets like bulla( Google anything) I like it because it is walking distance, it seems no matter the change of staff they are kind, full of good energy, and a pleasure to see them at their duty. Its like a food home except I can't cook there lol.
