It was a little after 9pm tonight. I waited in a regular line because no one was in the tobacco line or customer service. When I get to the register I ask the lady if I can do lottery and buy a tobacco product. She tells me I have to go to customer service for the lottery and they can do both. I head to customer service and wait, and wait. Finally some guy comes, no greeting, and asks what I need.  I said I need to get lottery and a tobacco product. His response is lottery is down. I said okay, but I still need the tobacco product. He points to a line. I said I just left the line and his response is sorry. I walked out. P*ss poor customer service!

Store is conviently located.  It is v e ry clean and products are fresh.  Checkouts are speedy with friendly, helpful staff.
