I am here 3 or 4x a week sometimes. I love that some of the long time staff knows my face and they are so kind and fun. I find most of what I need and they add new items all the time. I just wish the seafood section was bigger. The place is always clean. I have seen rodents at other places (On The river front). All in all it is a good place to shop.

Just left this Food Lion store. Here's a helpful tip. If the checkout sign says "Express", why not consider enforcing that?

I used to shop this store three or four times a week. When they first opened, they never enforced the "Express". Then, in a round about way, they did. And now, they are back to allowing people with thirty or forty items to clog this line and say not a word.

You really can't have it both ways. Some customers (like me) typically don't buy that many items in one purchase. So it's nice to have an Express line. Today, I waited about fifteen minutes in this line that was four deep and the line didn't move at all. It was the slowest line in the store. Abandoned my cart and left.

It's really simple. Offer an Express line and politely inform customers with overflowing baskets that it's the Express line. Or, simply piss off customers that want an Express line and actually follow the guidelines. You can't have it both ways.

Sorry guys, I'm done. Acme Marsh Road really isn't a stretch to get to. Self checkout and Express lines. See ya.

Went to get sized for rings. Waited a bit. But had nice gentleman finally assisted  me. He sized us and told us  when to come back for follow up. Store clean. Organized.

Clean and easy to find general stuff. Limited selection of items. And lines always long. Never enough staff on the registers
