The food was really good. Starting at the beginning of the meal, you look through a menu that looks more like a magazine, so there were pictures of every dish. They also have a slip of paper that you write your order one, so there should theoretically be nothing wrong with the meal ever. The server and the host was very nice. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service got super slow toward the end of the meal. Overall, I was pleased with the restaurant.

Very cute, tidy place. Service is phenomenal. This place offers a wide variety of options on their menu. The menu is formatted like a magazine and has pictures of all their dishes to make it easier for new comers. The restaurant aesthetic is definitely modern and lively. Although it's listed as a college place and quick grab, I would still definitely describe this place as family friendly.

Food Terminal is latest creation from the people that brought you Sweet Hut. It's Asian fusion cuisine! The restaurant is very spacious with high ceilings and industrial interior look with modern Chinese decorations. They get a good grade for the effort they put into making the places look hip and modern. Lighting is perfect. The table arrangements are spaced well and they can accommodate a large number of guests. The staff is very friendly and large. You can tell with the open kitchen exposure just how big this operation is. They have an army handing all the different aspects of the restaurant. The menu is diverse with all their options which you can check off on a list they offer. They serve a lot of traditional dishes with some fusion elements to it. The menu can be found on their website but it would take more than one visit to get through all of it for sure. The food itself has lots of flavor and is very tasty. Overall, Food Terminal impresses not just in looks but also presentation and experience. You'll forget you're in Chamblee for a moment when eating here and think you might be downtown or somewhere a bit more upscale. There's a restaurant revival happening on Buford Hwy and Food Terminal is a prime example of this.

Delicious Chinese Asian fusion with cafe/dim sum style table service; includes more traditional dishes (that may be a little more intimidating for some) - but traditional favorites for others. Perhaps isn't the most astounding Asian food I've had, but it most certainly satisfied a craving! Don't be overwhelmed by the novella-sized menu! The menu is filled with pictures to demystify some menu items and draw you in - I recommend the garlic noodles (Mentaiko). Food comes out wicked fast - so a great option if you're starving! But, if you are really tied to traditional Chinese/Malaysian - or the Panda Express style Asian food - you will be disappointed.

Cool looking, open dining area. Service was prompt and they let us bring our dog into the outside dining area which was nice. The food was delicious! We ended up ordering twice because it was so good. The menu is set up like a magazine so everything looks really appetizing. Check this place out.
