Foot locker is TERRIBLE! We ordered some items online & a pair of the shoes we ordered said we could pick up in store that day, went to the store and they had NO idea and said that they must have sold our shoes... what? Said they didn't even carry that shoe, then when we looked at the shoes they were on the shelf. Then when the pair of leggings we ordered, arrived they had holes in them. It's $7 to ship back so we took them to the store to return and they still have to ship them back & we have to pay the fee, even thought their product was DEFECTIVE. It's completely ridiculous working with them and we still HAVE NOT received our shoes which they promised us would be here in time for my daughters competition. So now we have to go and buy another pair of shoes and try to return the pair to foot locker when & if they ever arrive which I am sure will be another hassle. Save your time and don't order online from Foot locker. We definitely will not be doing anymore business with them!

I have nothing but great things to say about not only the store, but the people who work here. Never in my life have I  experienced such great customer service and felt so at home. They always take care of what I need and in an orderly and timely fashion. Thank you especially to Brendan and Mohammed for being great employees. I will definitely be returning for more shoes. 10/10

Great selection of styles and colorways. In my case there wasn't enough in my size but they ordered what i wanted for the same price as they had in the store and shipped it to my home for no charge. The shoe i wanted was $30 cheaper than online shop stopping in for deals is definitely worth it.

Went to return a pair of shoes within the thirty day limit (only one week after purchase). The employee looked at the shoes and said, "These are too worn." I had only worn them once around the house and they were still in off-the-shelf condition. The kid retorted with an inappropriate, smart alec comment and said that he could only exchange them. Very unprofessional. The New Balance next to my house would let me run a pair of shoes into the ground and would let me exchange or return them for only a restocking fee. Foot Locker and Nike just lost a customer and made an enemy.
