There was this pregnant girl there working and I was returning two shirts. She absolutely did not want to refund me my money. saying stuff like "why can't you bring it back to the store you bought it from". Then she made up a lie saying that she cannot do a refund for a debit card. So I called corporate and they told me yes she can do it. Well there was no line and this whole process took about 45 minutes. Now a friend told me that they were trying to not go in the negative for their quota if I do a return in their store. If returning an item makes the associate act the the way she act, they should get rid of them getting reprimanded for refunds. Not going back to that store.
