Footlocker is very unorganized an half the time don't know what their talking about. Went in there for a Jordan drop an first told me first come first serve then they changed it 3 days later to a raffle made me very upset about footlocker. Should know what their doing a week before releases.

The females at this store are terrible. Every time I ask for a shoe they say the same thing "oh we just sold out." The manager cool but these other ppl are AWFUL. this is the smallest and worst foot locker ever. They need new employees ASAP. Bye

This is stupid asf . My mom bought shoes from you guys . The lady gave my mother the wrong shoes . She gave her Labron James when my mother got the   Receipt for Nike air max . My mom just went and they told my mom that they looked used ? And that she found the receipt from the trash !?? My mom paid 150 and only got 100 back ? No this is very unprofessional. This a horrible place to shop ! I don't no recommend

worst customer service i've ever experienced. the guy behind the register didn't want to help me or answer any questions(he was the black guy, if you've shopped there you know who i'm talking about since there is only one black guy that works there). when i went in it was the day of the raffle for the jordan 11s. he was giving his friends tickets at 1:30 before he was suppose to. i then asked if i could sign up for the raffle too and he mumbled under his breathe to come back at 5. he never looked at me or gave me any kind of acknowledgement. just mumbled and acted like he didn't want to help me, and for the record this is about the fifth time i've been treated like this by this same employee.

so basically foot locker in the palmdale ca mall rigs their raffles for new shoe releases so the employees  friends get shoes.

i do not know why this guy still has a job there. he doesn't have any personality and seems to hate his job. if foot locker wants to keep customers i suggest cutting this guy loose. until i see that this guy is gone i will be taking my business to finish line and sheik.
