Keep calling to see if my shoes arrived.
No one answers the phone.
Went into store, called & saw someone just ignore the phone ringing.

I understand its holiday season.
But have the decency to at least pick up the phone.
3 weeks & still no one has contacted me about my shoes.

Nor do they check their mailbox.

I purchased some shoes online they fit big so i went in for an exchange and the lady was beyond rude and said she couldn't help me because the barcode wasn't scanning adviced to send them back to footlocker thru mail. I then called the customer service and they said they could do it at the store. I went back to the store again the lady and now manager said they couldn't exchange so i told them to call and ask, they did after not trying to and the person on the phone said they could exchange and gave them a number to add to there system i would og understood if they had a line but the store was empty and calling customer service seemed impossible to them. Never shopping at this location again, im sorry if you hate your job .!
