i walked in several minutes after opening and i noticed some nikes on sale which i was thinking of buying. but the 2015s are coming out. so i wanted to find out. i wasnt approached and wasnt greeted at all. he must have passed judgement on me. so i insisted and asked him about 2015s coming out later next month. he wasnt even excited at all to providea detail or something. i mean if you work at a shoe store you have to passionate about footwear at best. the fact that he stayed glued to his phone at the register showed me how apathetic he is allowed to be. usually youre approached right away and they find out if i need some help or not. theres really old video cassettes about good customer service already decaying in a landfill. yet i wasnt pitched anything at all or be told of any current promotion or sales.

The employees must have the phone off the hook, because I have been trying to call since they opened and it is now 3pm, and the line is 
still busy...
