I ordered a pair of shoes from the footlocker store located in MOA and paid for it at the store. Later that week I was sent an email explaining that the shoes I've ordered is out of stock and I can go to ANY footlocker store to get a refund. I went to the footlocker store located in Maplewood Mall and the manager told me that he could not give me a refund because I didn't pay for the shoes there but I had told him the email said I could get a refund at any footlocker store. Since he refused I went to MOA (where I had purchased the shoes) and told the manager about what happened. He shook his head and said that they should've given me my refund no matter what because it's not like i bought the shoes from another store like "kids footlocker" and it does not matter which location I had originally bought the product from.

Manager sold me defective pair of expensive nikes and didn't offer to exchange them because I had used them for week without noticing the defect in right heel of sole. He could of sent them back to warehouse but refused. smh nice goatee bro

Had a great experience yesterday I order my shoes online so I went to try some pairs I was debating on buying and the staff were very quick to greet me and knew about whatever shoes I asked about and when I asked them to go get the shoes in the size I wanted he was back in 2 minutes sharp each time.

Had to go in and exchange a pair of shoes due to defects and size too small, and order the new ones online. The guy said he got everything correct, but when i called customer service today, they are still the incorrect size. So i will have to go through this entire process all over once the shoes are delivered to my house again. I went back into the store to make sure he got them changed in size when we reordered them and he said yes. He lied straight to my face. Not happy whatsoever.

The manager is a jerk. He is a lazy man who doesn't help his customers. Never will I shop at that foot locker again.
