It's always super hot and stuffy in this foot locker and the employees are very unhelpful.

Not enough Jordan releases, if we can get more there I would give 5. The employee's make an awesome shopping experience and make it very fun to look around.

Bought some shoes the other day, but later decided to return them because they felt a little uncomfortable, but when I showed them to a guy working there he would not accept them and told me that they were too worn out and that he would never sell those shoes even though I bought them two days earlier and only wore them once. But when I went to the one in Murry they said that they were in perfect shape and gave me my money back. I will just go to the one in Murry next time, they have better service.

Never busy. But they don't get enough releases so I usually end up at the Murray location

Worst. Never going back.

Bought shoes from them and went back the next day because the shoes were just too tight. They were literally spotless, and I had it for one single day, so didn't think it'd be a problem to return them.

The employee Shannon was THE WORST. Said the soles were dirty when they weren't. Talked to me as if I was trying to scam them or something. Just felt disrespected. She didn't want to give me a refund and wasn't helpful whatsoever. 

Went to the footlocker in Murray and the employee said the shoes were spotless when I told him I wanted to return them. That just proves it was the employee Shannon that was the problem.

Never going back to the Sandy/Southtowne location. There are too many Foot Lockers to waste time at that one.
