I had a small planters wart trimmed and an acid put on. It was a 5 minute process that was $255 each. I've been 3 times and that totals to $765. This didn't get the job done and now I am going to have to pay $209.88 after what insurance took out what they paid. I was told when I came the first time that my insurance covered 100%. In hindsight, they were looking at my previous appointments for a year when my deductible was met. If you have a planters wart, save yourself some money and use the at home treatments or get the whole thing cut out. All in all, they were friendly.. but I consider these appointments a mistake on my part.
The most horrible first encounter I’ve ever had with a medical office! Both employees were rude and abrasive! I’ll drive 30 minutes for better service. Businesses must remember the first point of contact will make or break you! I hardly ever write reviews, but this one is definitely warranted!
Unfortunately they couldn't help me as they don't carry the orthotics that I have. They were really nice and seemed like they know their stuff.
