There's a young lady that works there that is rude as Hell!!! She asked me what size shoes I wanted and we began having a conversation and she, literally, started talking to a friend and WALKED off talking while I was still standing there....talking to her!!! She spends more time socializing than doing her job! And we were having issues trying to use our military discount (myself amd my husband) I guess because he's retired, and the manager says to me he can't FORCE it to go through!! I had no attitude at all, just wanted to get my discount. Even longer story short, I ended up paying full price when I should have been able to use my husband's discount AND, from their words, my own veteran's discount!! They didn't even offer any store credit or manually take the discount out!!!!! The only person that was completely respectful and honest was the young man that worked in there!!! If Goldsboro had more options in shopping, I would never go back there!!!!
