Terrible customer service. Never answer their phones. Don't acknowledge you when you walk in. Don't understand how they're in "sales" when they aren't interested in selling anything...

To make a long story short. Went on the release date of the Jordan cool grey 11s and the manager along with the employees and police officers allowed another employee to let his friends slide 300 bucks through the glass while everyone was outside looking in to purchase the shoes. They also allowed people to purchase more than 3-4 pairs of shoes at a time. Maybe 15 to 20 people bought shoes out of the crowd that morning. Reported to corporate and will never go to this store again.
