 is very nice to have a store like this one by my house I like going in there cuz you find everything you need but the attitude of the Personnel some time is really really bad is like you're asking for them to do something for free . Is been 2 time the men in the back give me attitude I think if you are too old to work  or if you hate your job if you don't like customer service don't be in there retire do something that you like to do but don't give customer attitude I don't like big companies like Wal-Mart and Lowe's Home Depot I really support my local business local businesses on how to treat customers do you have to go to the big companies thank you I continue shopping with you guys because a complaint is a gift so you can improve on your customer service

Lots of employees asked if I needed help and they opened another line when three people were ready to pay. Sad to see they no longer have trains here; they should paint over the word "trains" on the building since they have been gone for awhile now.

I have been shopping there for many years, as a property manager, and as a home owner. Chuck and his crew are the most helpful, and knowledgable of any store of its class around. You need something?? They will help you find it. A good group of people. Not to mention a great supply of  items, And electric trains!!
