I've worked with Eric on two occasions now and couldn't be happier. He's very knowledgeable about family law and how the court system works. He walked me through everything and I learned a lot and felt very comfortable about understanding the process of everything.

Awesome experience with Eric! Hired an attorney, got a great friend in return! I love that he's always available for a consultation. He's honest and gives no bs answers to your questions. Definitely someone I want in my corner for legal matters.

We were in need of a lawyer to handle a custody/child support case for one of our children. Shaina and Eric were great! Shaina knew what she was doing, Eric was a great mentor and advisor to her. Not only did we get what was in the best interest of our son, we got the issue handled quickly. Shaina stayed on top of a not-so-great attorney for my son's dad. She had experience, poise and listened to me when I was unsure of our next moves. Now, we have basically full custody, child support issues resolved and my son's grades and emotions have stabilized! We couldn't be happier with Foothills. They were able to take stress, doubt and uncertainty away from us. We would recommend Foothills to anyone looking for a family lawyer with experience, kindness and a great reputation. Their fees aren't outrageous but their professionalism is!
