I'm a long term customer of this salon. I used to love it. But recently, I've had nothing but bad experiences. I got a gel manicure done and I loved it. But just a few short days later, it started chipping on several nails! I went back about 5 days later after having it done and they did fix it for me free of charge...but as soon as I got home, it just chipped off again. Fast forward less than 2 weeks after I got it done, I decided to just go back and get a whole new gel manicure done. I walked into the salon at 6:00pm. There was a lady just sitting, doing nothing. She approached me and I told her what I wanted, which was a gel manicure and a pedicure. The other younger girl who was helping someone else asked me if I could come back tomorrow because they close in an hour and they have a party to go to so they can't do my nails. I said no, I can't because I work tomorrow and I'm a mom of 2. It's hard enough for me to be able to get time to go as it is. I asked again, "so you can't do it? you guys don't close for an hour" and she told me no again, that they close soon and they have a party to attend. Are you kidding me?!?! Needless to say, I walked out. Not to mention, on my way to a different salon, I was very easily able to peel my gel manicure off after not even having it done for 2 weeks. this salon just lost a long term customer and I will be calling to complain to whoever is the manager!

I used to come here all the time but now i got to Jessie's which is my favorite, i always go with her! its inails plus. But anyways i decided to go belle's since i haven't been there in awhile ... it was awful but good . Okay the last time i went was in decmeber and the girl kelly or idk her name she's the oldest i think and she works on the last desk on the left, she messed me UP!! i told her how i wanted it and everything so that exact day i went with jessie and she fixed my nails so good. So back again, i went back just to see if they'll do good you know, kelly messed up i told her i wanted coffin and she gave me these short squared thick nails like before and i was like no im not gonna bite my tongue so i told her "this isn't what i asked for" i was already annoyed with her cause look , i like long wish nails i don't like short, she was trying to do it her way like before she was like "its too long don't you think" and blah blah like no this is how i want them and we were kind of arguing i was close to just telling her forget it I'll go with jessie but then her and this other lady were arguing and that lady did my nails the way i asked . Bad customer service from her, she was being really rude im 15!! wtf. I got a pedicure , they did a good job but that lady i just disliked

Love it I have been coming here since 2014 the nails last long , very friendly and amazing service . I have tried other salons none of them can ever beat them
