We have been coming here for years and the staff is always friendly and polite, which I greatly value, but it is routine for a simple oil change and tire rotation to take 80-100 minutes with an appointment. From what I've read a skilled and properly equipped mechanic should be able to accomplish this task in 1/3rd of that time. Maybe they routinely accept more appointments than they should.

Excellent Service , very pleased, Shout out to Dave Taylor and Ron Simone. Dave made sure I had a rental and Ron kept me informed of car status and even gave me a heads up that I could pick up my car much earlier than I was expecting...Thanks Clermont Ford Service dept!,,

The guys in the service dept are great. I've had everything from a Squirrel eating my truck to a simple oil change and they have always been up front and professional. Scotty the Service Manager and Aaron the Shop Foreman earned my business

Made appointment to have F350 Dually 25K service performed.  Bobby was my service rep.  Service took 2 hours but Bobby made it right with a 10% discount.  Thank you Bobby.  I've purchased 3 vehicles from Ford of Clermont (Rolling Hills Ford) and have been pleased with all purchases.

I first checked your website to see if the truck I wanted was in stock. When I found the one I wanted, I called to make an appointment to see it. My salesperson, Willie, had the truck waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. It was equipped the way I wanted it and was the right color. The test drive sold me. We returned to the dealership and Willie began to work with me to get the price I wanted to pay. Things went very smoothly in our negotiations, thanks to Willie, and I was satisfied with the final outcome. Willie and I did have some time to get personally acquainted and we discussed some of our more notable life's experiences. I not only got the vehicle I wanted at what I considered a fair price, but I also found a new friend. Thank you Willie for all your help and an interesting conversation. That was my most enjoyable and least stressful auto-buying experience ever.
