Ford Smith is Amazing! I have been attractive to his colors and  art since I first saw it in New Orleans. I followed him and finally had him consigned a piece of art for us. It was amazing! He is truly a professional artist with a god given talent. I love his work an would add more to my home!

Ford truly is a master artist.  I am a former gallery owner and artist myself, and I know great art when I see it.  I was happy to acquire a small original several years ago, and I am glad that I did.  Fords work is vibrant, creative and a pleasure to own!  Jill S., Roswell, Ga.

I had a painting at Ford Smith Art Gallery in Atlanta for sale on a Consignment basis with the intent to sell it. After a while I called Ford Smith to ask about the painting and no one knew where it was. Finally a few YEARS later after emailing one of the owner's they said the painting was destroyed and they did not have my contact information.

They offered $200 as compensation on a beautiful mixed media that incorporated sand pigment oil resin and shells. How do I know they did not sell it ?? I found them to be unfair on compensation for the painting they admitedly destroyed and also a bit snobish on there answer...." you were an unknown artist"  and because of such $200 is a price they are willing to pay. This hardly covers the materials. I WONDER WHAT FORD SMITH WOULD ASK IF I DAMAGED ONE OF THEIR PAINTINGS AND OFFERED $200. Snobish and unfair to the end. I would not reccomend this gallery to ANYONE.
