Always good experiences at FAFCU. All of the tellers are always smiling and polite. The loan officers are great. Clara is a delight to work with. She makes you feel comfortable. And answers all of the questions you have. She devotes her time to you and you only when you meet with her. She has a way of making you feel like you are an indivivdual. Not just another person banking. Way to go Kalkaska FAFCU. You guys and gals are great!

Pull up to the drive through at 12:58 to pull put money for rent, they close at 1:00. The lady inside shut the screen down as soon as I pull up. This place is pathetic. Lazy workers.
