Very friendly. Helpful.and patient. Omg so patient. Took my son. He looked at EVERYTHING asked a million questions and no one got frustrated. The last question was answered with the same enthusiasm as the first.

I've been going here for about a year now. Every time I go in I never leave disappointed. I picked up an RTA today and couldn't be more pleased with the service. All the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the best prices in town. I won't go anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and visit the shop if you haven't already. A big thank you to Red Beard for all his help with my endeavours into the RDA and RTA world. 5 stars

Great first experience buying my vape at the Dundas location. Was polite and explained all the available options. The salesman (Redbeard) was polite in prioritizing customers despite being the only person running the store. Would recommend. They offer the cheapest supplies in the city, unless another store is having a sale. Make sure to price check before buying supplies elsewhere!

Competitive prices along with excellent variety of products.  I've found the staff and management to be ultra knowledgeable as well as helpful.  FCV definitely is the place to get everything you need or want!
