Beautiful, welcoming, and warm facility. Lots of brightness and the staff are helpful. Providers very much care about their patients.

Misdiagnosed with the first visit to start off. Then my fiance called 3 days in a row with worsening pain and she was ignored for the next 5 days. She finally received a call to see what the issue was as we were walking into the office of another health care provider who sent her straight to the ER due to the severity of the problem. An infection that was putting pressure on her esophagus. Now for today's experience. We did get to see another doctor who was awesome. Here is the issue, the receptionist working on 07-19-17 is very rude and not helpful at all ( we have had previous experience with the woman). She will transfer you just to get you off of her line. I was transferred to a nurses line and I left a message ( in plain English) that was not listened to properly because they changed the wrong medication. Finally I received a call back and they would not listen to me stating what the insurance company needs to have to approve a much needed prescription. I don't understand how hard it is to understand, "fax a letter to the insurance company stating why this prescription is necessary". So here it is the end of their work day and we still do not have a prescription and my fiance still has an infection causing pressure on her esophagus.

They are very unprofessional on the handling of their waiting line...front reception doesn't take care of people in waiting line until they have nothing else to do...dental window is very slow to check people in that are on time by them making you check in 15 min earlier than scheduled appt time and waiting in line for them....very unfriendly reception from the regular receptionist who is extremely slow...wanting to find BETTER SERVICE ELSEWHERE....don't have time to arrive extra early for their convenience just to be told after waiting for so long in the line that the appt has to be rescheduled...I am a working parent that can't miss out on unpaid time off just because they are extra slow and unprofessional!!!!! Looking for somewhere else that puts there patients first over convenience of slow staff!!!!!

Dr Stafford in the dental clinic is amazing!!! And her asst (I didn't get his name) he was just as amazing....
