*PARKING IS TERRIBLE* Lived here about 2 years ago. Cost was inexpensive compared to other apartments in the area. I found out the reasoning behind that...hard to get a hold of management. No onsite manager/office. All requests done through online request. We were never aware if our request had been received, no email response, sometimes no note when they came to do work. When they did come out for work, sometimes it would take about 2-3 days. So rent was less expensive than other apartments, but our rent went up about 3 times in a period of 2 years. 2013-2015. Overall it was a good apartment, neighbors were cool. So long as you don't need much management help, the rent might be worth it. *PARKING IS TERRIBLE* (towed from parking lot a total of 5x including my guests)

The apartment is great but Management is not. While the cost of rent is fairly inexpensive compared to other apartments in the area, rent increased 3 times within one year and management is very unresponsive and hard to get a hold of.
