I've called several times before to this jail to get bonding information, Christina always answers the phone in guessing she's the jailer there during the week. Every time I call is like she has to place me on hold for several minutes before she can provide me with inmates charges. When she does she's always in a hurry speeding thorough charges I cant even understand her half the time, when I stop her, for her to repeat last thing she said, she'll place me on another hold then minutes later answers continues like if she were running out of time. 
Example:  I had a family in my Fort Worth office trying to bond out a defendant in Forest Hill jail, that person had several tickets maybe 8 or more tickets for 3 different agency's, I called Jail to ask for his inmate warrant #'s, offence, & amounts, so I can post bond, She placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes ( I had to apologize to family, it was taking for ever to get inmates info) one of the family members stepped out my office and went to jail to personally inquire inmates information (that's like a 20 minute drive!)  I got so irritated with jailer that after more than 30 minutes I still had no answer, and hung up. I tried calling back & I was placed on hold AGAIN. family ended up using other resources to get defendant out of jail. 
Example 2: I called yesterday to get inmates information and she told me I had to call back within 20 minutes because she didn't have inmates file in front of her.
Personnel lacks customer service, its not that hard to answer with a pleasant tone. Hopefully the Forest Hill Jail comes up with a website with all detainees information on-line so I can avoid calling unpleasant people.
