This place is great. Seems like they always have what I need plus a good deli and grill and salad bar with everything from the healthiest to the unhealthiest. Great selecting of beer including local taps and growlers. Good prepackaged grab and go stuff, fruits, veggies, and soups. Wish I had one of these where I live in California!

When we lived in the Grand Rapids area we would drive the extra mile to shop at Forest Hills Foods. Since moving out of the area we have not found a grocery store that come close to having the selection, variety and quality of food choices. We were passing through town a couple of nights ago and decided to stop in for a quick salad and sandwich before the last leg of our journey north. Worked out great, seems like somethings don’t change.

Spartans takeover has turned a community treasure into a store we only use as a convenience store.  Selection and pricing have suffered under the new regime.  The hot food bar is good but that is about the only positive from my perspective.  The new BBQ counter offering is simply awful which is on par with many of the other new things.  If you are looking for a bottle of scotch for 3 grand this is your place.  If you are looking for a place to buy your family groceries - follow many of us to Meijer or another grocer that is reasonably priced and has things you actually buy on a weekly basis.  Traffic seems to be down dramatically at this establishment.

This is a nice place. They have the best bakery, tastes are awesome. They are on the expensive side. But you do get fresh food for the hefty price on some things. They have expanded and changed the store around.

The bakery did a great job on my son's cake. Not only was it delicious but it was a great design. They even called twice to make sure they had the name spelled correctly. Very sweet and accommodating folks! Thank you!
