Despite the bad reviews. I decided to give them a try.... My family and I were planning a trip to the Bahamas and I needed some assistance since I was traveling with an elderly person.  I called on a Monday , gave the dates and location, was told I would have a quote and pkg put together by Wednesday at the latest. Its now going on two weeks and still nothing from this company. Really bad customer service. I would recommend using ANY one else!!!!!

Was totally humiliated by a snotty sales agent when politely declined her offer to hop on your typical senior citizen-like organized tour. Why on earth anyone would want to spend their vacation with a bunch of strangers is a mystery to me! Agent was lacking basic sales skills -  zero interest in what I was looking for. No wonder people are making their own travel arrangements online. Very unprofessional - one disappointing experience.

Shelley Bohlmann does an excellent job of staying on top of our wedding party heading to Sandals Royal Caribbean. The party is flyi g in from all over the US, and she has maintained co troll of all logistics.....Fabulous!

Someone  called me from this number, if it was by mistake. I asked to be placed on their do not call list and even the site so call management was rude, nasty and unprofessional.  She did not apologize,  and she hung up in my face. If I was going to rate them it will be a zero for customer service for the human race!
