Forest Park is not a great Park like everyone thinks it is to live in they have too many rules and regulations and they expect you to not have kids toys and outdoor furniture that you've had for two and a half years they forced you to have whatever they want and not have your kids playing Outdoors so instead your kids are stuck playing inside where it's a mess because you're trying your best to remodel the inside as much as possible you got our fix the floors so you can be able to walk I'm flooring that's not going to fall in and you got to fix the plumbing and you have to fix the roof because it's leaking you got to fix the doors because they are frozen shut during the winter time so that means you had to replace the doors and one door that you didn't think you needed to replace ends up leaking water inside onto your carpet and soaking the floor because it's not made out of OSB it's made out of that sawdust one they expect you not to fix your Ducks the way you want them to be fixed they expect you not to have an enclosed porch even though it's not attached to the house they still don't like it they have way too many rules which makes no sense you can't have a fire pit even though everyone else has fire pits in the Park everyone else children is a lot to play outdoors with all their stuff and leave it wherever they please all over the lawn but yet to little tiny kids that's only five and six are allowed to go outdoors and play with their outdoor kitchen set train set balls baseball golf ball equipment instead they're stuck staying inside the house playing with video games and watching TV which is okay because it's learning stuff teaching them how to count and add and subtract and how things are supposed to be built it's all a learning program but still having too much face time with TV isn't good for children the best thing for children is allowing them to go outside and play and the doll house and their toys that they have out there

Not fair to tenants that live where kids get picked up for school. we cant put a fence to keep kids that play with our kids toys out they broke our locks of shed and they expect us to pick up after them daily. there never in office no matter the time you go. we had someone from 8 am to 6 pm stay in parking lot by mail boxes just to prove there never there.
