I love how close this is to my home AND the fact that it’s a Forever 21 RED location too! That means they have bigger discounts and better prices but they still have some of the great things a normal F21 store would have. This isn’t as large as the F21’s you’ll find at the mall, but if you’re looking to pick up a few quick things then this is certainly a great option for you.

Horrible customer service. Wasn’t sure if the young lady working was rapping at me or something but she talked like a machine gun. When I did not understand what she said, she got mad and talked even faster. All I wanted was a refund since an item I bought earlier did not fit my sister. At the end of the day I got a F21 gift card, not cash, and left the store completely  unsatisfied. I hope the younglady reads this and takes the time to reflect upon her actions.
