I love shopping at Forever 21, but I find this store extremely limited in products compared to the Forever 21 in the Baybrook Mall. I prefer to shop online, and you can find every you want!!!

I love this store but not particularly the Laredo one, it's so limited compared to other cities, in overall good prices and good merchandise but kind of messy All the time and they continuous move around sections so can be confusing.

I've always had wonderful experiences at Any Forever 21 that I have gone to... UNTIL NOW. Stinks that you can't get any of the tween girls, to the flamboyant boys, to the senior citizens that work there to help you out with a size or a price. They all seem too busy, but when you look around, they're not even helping Other Customers out anyway. So finally after Almost walking out empty handed, I decided to make my way to the register to  purchase some items that I couldn't walk away from... and I couldn't get the "senior citizen" cashier to SPEAK ENGLISH!!! I had to lean over the counter to see my total. How sad for her, that she doesn't know English. My mistake though, I didn't get her name. So I will just stick to going to the ones in Harlingen or San Antonio.
