It’s a small store, but I think it has better clothes than you would find in the one in Arden. The workers are quite friendly and helpful, and were able to help me get something if it was too high to reach lol. Overall I always love shopping here and would go more often

the girls that work there are just so rude. i went in there today 10/18. when you go in the don't even acknowledge that you are there. i was waiting for someone to ring me up for 10 minutes. the only pleasant person in there was the male who rung me up because he saw me waiting. there was a girl at the counter and she didn't even care that i was waiting nor tell anyone to ring me up. don't recommend going here.

This place is ok, however they don't have the beautiful designs of clothes they used to have.

No change to pay with cash. Not enough staff to keep store organized and help with purchases. Great prices. Interesting selection.

I went to this store yesterday 12/14/16 at about 1:30 or 2. I've browsed the store at Arden mall, but never shopped at Forever 21 before, but I had a gift card so I thought I'd check out the one closer to my house at the Folsom Outlets. Upon walking in there I got a couple of dirty sideways glances. I started browsing around the shop and nobody even so much as greeted me or said anything to me. I ended up finding a shirt that I liked that fit, but I also wanted to get one of the plad button ups on the wall closer to the door. At that time one of the employees had just clocked in and was folding shirts. I struck up a conversation with her and asked her about any of these shirts being in my size (an XL) and she gave me this disgusted look, looked me up and down and said to me "that's because this is a woman's store." And went back to folding. 

I could have cried. I may not be pretty, but I don't think I look like a man. Again I smiled at her and asked about sizes and she just  reluctantly handed me a small (I asked about larger sizes so I guess she just wanted me to be deterred and leave). 

From there I just took one of the black shirts I liked and some socks and left. I cried the whole way home. I had no idea that that store was only for smaller sizes, but even so the heartbreaking part of this visit was what she told me. How I was treated.

I'm fine with a store that's fit for smaller sizes, I'm fine with people pointing out that I'm a heavier person, but what is absolutely NOT okay is your employees having such a terrible attitude! I don't know what her name was, but I certainly don't wish for her to go through the same thing I did. 

Will never be spending money on this company again. Absolutely horrible. 👎🏽
