I highly recommend Forever Sweet for their delicious cakes and impeccable customer service.  I ordered both a more basic vanilla cake and a more detailed large monster cake for my daughter's birthday weekend.  Allison and Sky were extremely helpful when helping me decide what to order.  I appreciated their honesty - they weren't pushing me to get the most expensive item, but directed me to what would be best for 4 year olds.  Both cakes were incredibly fresh and were exactly what you'd want in a birthday cake.  My cake was delivered early and they even gave cupcakes to the party place.  I had tried a few other local bakeries and Forever Sweet is hands down the best.  I am so thrilled to go back there for years to come! Highly recommend!

The cake exceeded our expectation, it looked beautiful and it taste awesome. We love forever sweet bakery. If you haven’t tried this bakery it’s a must.

Very nice forever sweets so if you want to buy a cupcake special cakes of cookies of cake pops and more just come here and enjoy it's very big choice guys this is crazy you can buy some gifts over here and very delicious sweets so if you have sweetheart of just your friends of your kids or family come here and buy delicious

Cupcakes themselves are amazing. The staff not so much. Was greeted with a grunt and an annoyed look. The store is closed off so you can’t walk up to the counter to actually see the cupcakes I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. The front of the store looked closed at first. Wasn’t welcoming. When I said I wanted 6 cupcakes the girl actually sighed at me. I won’t be coming back for the lack of hospitality.

First time at this bakery and tried a cupcake. It was pretty good. However the customer service was lacking, young lady at counter wasn't the most pleasant to interact and ask questions about different flavors and prices not posted on the menu board for whatever reason. I'll return next time I'm  in the Norwalk area to try the other cupcakes

These are the most expensive for the flavor cupcakes I have ever had. So far I have tried Red Velvet, Vanilla Celebration, Chocolate mint and Vanilla coconut, Chocolate Gnache and chocolate raspberry. For the cost there is absolutely no variety in the flavor.  Vanilla celebration, is exactly what you expect. That's fine. Very heavy egg flavor.  Red Velvet has absolutely no chocolate I. It, just a vanilla cake with red food coloring. The frosting has absolutely no cream cheese just a normal buttercream.  Vanilla Coconut again just your standard buttercream and white cake with a little coconut sprinkled on top.  The Chocolate mint, again just a colors buttercream with no flavoring. The chocolate cakes is super bitter, and not good dark chocolate butter but ruin your tastebuds bitter. The mint is there but super subtle.  Chocolate ganache and chocolate raspberry are the most flavorful cupcakes they provide but just barely. Again chocolate cake is just that chocolate. The buttercream on the raspberry had the flavor and it was nice but I would expect more effort for the price.  All in all this is just a cupcake factory that makes 2 batters and colored buttercream toppings with minimal effort.  Norwalk has significantly better options for the price you pay. I would not recommend going back and they definitely are not worth a second chance.  Update: Just noticed this place has won an award for best cupcake 9 years in a row. I don't know who their competitors, but a basic store bought box cake can beat a majority of their flavors any day.

The absolute best! The actual shop could use a little organization, but who cares when their cakes taste like heaven in my mouth?! I literally use any excuse to buy a cake from here: teacher appreciation week: FSB CAKE, neighbors birthday: FSB CAKE, season change: FSB CAKE, kids Halloween party at school: FSB cupcakes!!! You name it, I’m getting a Forever Sweet Bakery cake for it. All the folks who’ve had their cake from me always ask me where it’s from. I wish desperately they’d open up in Westport but my body mass index won’t go for it ha! Get your cake here, you can’t go wrong! Ps. They closed for a week over the summer which happened to be my husbands birthday - we were sooooo bummed to have to get a cake locally - not the same!

These cupcakes were delicious. They were fresh and moist, and I highly recommend. Received a surprise delivery from my boss, delivered by Sky with a Happy Birthday hat, and he sang the song! Amazing! Please support this local business

Great place to get terrific freshly made cupcakes.  The staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating.  The cupcakes are equally amazing!  Indulge and enjoy! "Eat dessert first!
