Reception got an attitude with me over the phone. Would not listen to me that I have a plan with DentalPlans and not Careington Insurance. Canceled my appointment the woman was so rude.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!  I didn't even want to give them 1 star.  I don't usually blast businesses like this but this is beyond ridiculous. I have been trying to get my daughters teeth cleaned for over a year and every time i schedule her an appointment they  call and tell me they need to cancel, claiming they will not have a doctor that day.  Had three appointments scheduled for today, 9-5-17.  Scheduled them at least a month ago.  Never received a call to confirm the appointment.  I called today to see if my daughter could get bumbed up to 2:45 and was told once again that they will need to cancel and reschedule!!!!  Told me that they had tried to reach me on my cell phone.  False! I have not received a single call from them.  And she tried to tell me I owe for a missed appointment!  Also, they have been charging their customers who use Assurant Dental the wrong prices! I realized back around the first of the year that they were trying to charge me fees from a fee schdule that was from 2015!  I had to email them a copy of the current fee schedule from Assurant Dental's website.  You try to be loyal to local business and give them chance after chance but we will not be going back to them.
