I usually don’t write reviews on anything. I can say the price is very good comparing to another nail salons. But $25 is still $25 and it feels like I go in for a polish change instead of a manicure or spa pedicure. Honest review! It’s a waist. I rather go to another salon pay a little more and get a actual manicure and spa pedicure done. Their vision of a spa pedicure is crazy... they finish in 15 mins literally just paint, they don’t take out any cuticles!

I had done my previous manicure 2 weeks ago at another salon. I broke a nail and so they put acrylic on one of the nails. I came to the bird location to get a refill. The young lady was hurting me doing my pedicure. Even though I informed her she was hurting me, she said that she needs to continue as the previous spa I went to didn't do a god job on cutting my cuticles. When she said that, 4 other staff looked at my feet and started saying something and showing them the job the previous spa did.. Embarrassing. She didn't speak English, a lot of girls don't there, so it was difficult to explain it to her. Then she goes to do my manicure next, which i was already scared of! She ended up hurting my nails. Looked like i was about to bleed and informed her she hurt me again and she just said "you're not bleeding you're just red" and continued... Just because getting a gel that usually $60, and here its $25, doesn't make it the best place. Obviously its by word of mouth/customer experience. Usually when getting a mani/pedi, its for you to get pampered and be relaxed/comfortable. Honestly, I couldn't wait to run out of there. And to top it off, THIS IS A NAIL SALON; they didn't have the tools to fix my acrylic!

The first time I got my nails done was great. My nails lasted for about a whole month and when I had gone for my second appointment last week and didn't have the best experience. The lady who did my nails was a bit too rough and it ended up breaking most of my long nails which took forever to grow out. Not only that, but they also started chipping just a day after and it was a really sloppy job in general. I called and asked if I could fix the broken and chipped nails which I had JUST gotten done and they told me to come in and they'll fix it at no charge. I got to the salon and nearly waited about 2 and a half hours just to get my nails done by the same lady as last time. Unfortunately for me I had several people skip my spot and had to wait until some other customer got her  nails done by that stylist when it was my turn. I honestly just got extremely impatient in the end after wasting so much time just to fix my nails that shouldn't have been ruined in the first place so I ended up leaving since she didn't even start on her clients hands. I wasn't interested in waiting another whole hour. I think they are a unprofessional in the sense that they allow others to skip you and not even be considerate of your time. I normally don't write bad reviews but this place did get to me and I'm hoping that they can improve their skills for better customer service. They have great prices, but in the end, less does end up costing more.

I give this salon 5 stars because i been to this salon and the service was always perfect. I usually recommended this place to people I know. How ever this time when I went I was a little disappointed. I felt as if they were rushing me and my little sister out. I believe the lady who did my nails were new because i never seen her before but she needs a little more practice. I was extremely disappointed with the service my sister and I got. Its been two days and the gel polish is chipping as well as the polish on my feet.

I absolutely Love this salon they have the best prices in town and amazing ladies. The owner is the nicest and most helpful owner I have ever met. If you guys want amazing service don't look anywhere else Forever Young is the place to go.
