Vinet was incredibly helpful.  I needed to order flowers for a funeral.  I did not have all of the information I needed and was a little unprepared for the call, but I was on a deadline.  She was very patient, talked me through my options and even helped track down some of my missing details.  I will definitely be going to back in the future!

I purchased a floral star (OES)from there. It was the only place within a 30-mile radius  that had one or even knew what I was speaking of when I called to place the order.

Vinet was very rude when my friend and I called to order flowers. We were not familiar with floral arrangements for funerals and she wasn't very helping with picking our final selections.  She was just plain rude to us, her comments she made were not called for.
