Could not have moved into a worse county to get anything accomplished.  I'm wishing I lived in Fulton county just so I could entertain the possibility of getting someone on the phone. Just once.  2 weeks of phone calls, multiple times a day, and we are yet to speak to a human being.

How do we get anything done?  Who do we talk to?

I have never experienced a government run business that was allowed to operate like this one. Be ready to wait in the lobby while listening to the "workers" laughing in the back, taking breaks, talking on the phone, and overall FORGETTING YOU waiting to be seen. I see so many complaints about this place, yet forsyth county has yet to step in! Truly sad you get stuck going here

When you call the phone numbers listed for this office and a voicemail comes on they Don't even say the hours just like this website Doesn't! That's Ridiculous! Update this website whoever is responsible! And yes the Hispanic lady is Rude as heck! Get over yourself and be polite and don't be rude just because you Obviously Dont like your job and or the people that come in there! Peace out!

Very rude people at the front desk. They act like they only want to help the Spanish. Something definitely needs to be done.
