We started our kids in Pre-K, and we can't imagine sending them anywhere else. Forsyth's commitment to a challenge curriculum inspires self-confidence, and the teachers are devoted to making sure every child develops a love of learning. And, how can you possibly beat the location? Walking distance to Wash U, St Louis Art Museum, Missouri History Museum, the Zoo and the rest of Forest Park... just awesome.

The school's amazing. I have a couple kids at the school and each year I carve out a little time to help out during the climbing segment in PE on the rock wall in one of the multi purpose rooms. It's fascinating to watch this one aspect of the school. I'll belay kids from JK up through 6th grade and in every class for the last couple years the kids will spontaneously start cheering a classmate on, almost always one that has been having a hard time overcoming a fear of heights or working through a challenging spot. Kids can still have friction like any school, but I've seen moments at Forsyth that set it apart as a very supportive enclave. That's behavior fostered by the educators. I've also seen the teachers in those climbing segments consistently do an amazing job pushing kids on an individual level to achieve more than they thought they could. The techniques the teachers employ are thoughtful and different for every kid, but every kid leaves with a greater level of self confidence than they started with. It's inspiring.
