The MISSION of the Forsyth Township Police Department is to strive for professionalism while enhancing the quality of life within the community we serve. We aim to strengthen the relationship between the department and the partnership with the community. The intention of the department is to safeguard life and property while upholding the constitutional rights of our citizens.

The Forsyth Township Police Department pledges to fight crime by utilizing proactive patrol techniques, new technology, and continuing education of our officers while aggressively pursuing violators of the law. Our officers will maintain a higher standard of integrity while in pursuit of fairly and impartially fulfilling their duties.

My name is Teresa and I am the daughter of a man that is fighting for his life!!! I WILL NOT REST, I PROMISE until I make sure that the people involved in the lack of the investigation in my fathers so called "ACCIDENT" are held accountable... There is a woman named Nicole Barto that is all over the news due to a theft  of property. GUESS WHAT, she also stole from my dad and I ALSO suspect that she has more to do with "ACCIDENTS" than are being said. I am totally disgusted with the lack of investigating of my fathers shooting.... I PROMISE, NOTHING best happen to my father but he recover fully from what has happened to him and he get restitution for all the bullshit that happened.

It is a sad day when you can't trust the police to do an INVESTIGATION, a PROPER one at that!!! You have state officers that spent 20-30 mins there at my fathers house and the sheriff and a "investigative officer" that spent 3 hours in my fathers house only to say, it was an attempt of suicide, oops nope it was attempted homicide, oh now wait it was a self inflicted accident!!! I hope to God that someone can prove these things because from what I have seen and heard, NON of it makes sense and there is a conflict of interest with the WOMAN involved, named above... Certain folks and you know whom you are never should have stepped one foot in my fathers house and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out... 
I don't know what happened and my dad can't tell me which is what was hoped for since he was left for dead. Just know this, I WONT GIVE UP!!!! I will be contacting every Government official, attorney, and you name it to get the truth as to what happened to my dad!!!
His family there has NOTHING and I repeat NOTHING to do with this. They are working very hard to take care of my father and his home and NOTHING is being done to find out what happened to him.... I guarantee you two things, 1. IT WAS NO ACCIDENT and 2. DEFINITELY NOT SUICIDE!!! 
So, people of Gwinn, you tell me... How does something so horrific happen to someone in your community and no one hear a thing about it??? However, a druggie that steals from my dad and many many others is all over the news??? Someone explain  that to me would ya???

Took first available time to speak with me  about problems i was having with my neighbors. Was very knowledgeable of the people I was having issues with and took extra steps to resolve the issues I had.

Had someone break into my house and steal my medication and instead of looking for the responsible party they did nothing.  They told me I had to take a polygraph and when I called to schedule one they refused to do it saying because of where I live and the high rate of abuse in the area they felt it wasn't needed and refuse to send a police report to my doctor or release one to me.  Very upset over this.  I could care less about the medication that was taken, someone came into my home while I was upstairs putting my children to bed.  That's what I'm upset over and they have done NOTHING about it.  Any number of things could have happened and I'm lucky that things didn't turn out worse.  Thanks for not caring about your community FTPD.  Thanks for lumping all of us out on base into the same category.  I'm not a drug addict, I'm not a dealer, I'm on medication for a REAL condition that makes it almost impossible to walk at times.  Thanks for absolutely nothing.

If you like a department full of criminals then the forsyth p.d. is for you. These ASSHOLES ONLY DO WHAT IS IN THERE BEST INTEREST.
