Worst experience EVER!!! They took a patient with a head trauma that occurred in Cinco- Ranch to Memorial Hermann SOUTHWEST instead of MH Katy. When the choice was questioned, the response was that it is only 10 minutes difference in arrival time. The patient is a minority. Unfortunately this company is contracted with 911 and it was the patient 's unlucky day that Fort Bend EMS responded.

The EMT'S  were covered in tattoos and very rude. Questioning me about my Moms health like I don't know what Im talking about.
