Called for a taxi and they said they would be one shortly. An hour passed and no one ever showed up.

There are apparently at least three “different “ cab companies here that route to the same flipping number and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!!

When another cab company failed to show for an scheduled early morning pickup to catch a flight, American Cab Co. came to my rescue! They got me there as fast as they possibly could, and the driver of was very helpful in getting me to my flight as quick as he could! Made my flight when I originally thought I was done for!

Before I even got a cab to come to my apartment to come and pick me up, they called me back at 9am, in which they were supposed to pick me up before ten to get to my appointment at the doctors. They refused to pick me up because I had a debit card/credit card for payment,and then told me that no one was going to pick me up because of that. I DO NOT recommend them at all for any of your transportation needs. I asked to speak to the owner to make a complaint, he than said that he could care less if I did and that he knew the owner very well. 5 thousand thumbs down!!!!! Worst Cab Company Ever!!!!! Would never recommend them ever to ANYONE.
