Service has always been great for me. Website keyboard is a great feature with my no switching between numbers and letters.

By far the most absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If banking comes up in a conversation I'll advice never do business with them and if I have a choice between ATM's I will never do business with them. Today I was at the Ft. Bragg branch on Bastogne. I arrived at 5pm. One hour prior to closing. I attempted to cash a check from their bank and was told no by the teller Christine because I wasn't a member. When I asked to become a member her supervisor I was told she was busy and come back next week! So I sat in front of her office and waited. Meredith Hall came out after having me sit there for 40 minutes! She explained that she wasn't going to help me because I waited until 5pm to cash my check and to come back next week! WTF! So a credit union turns down someone seeking to open an account. Someone attempting to cash a check at their bank where the check is from! A complete joke. I filled a complaint with the base and BBB. By far the worst experience I have ever had. No wonder USAA is the preferred choice.

Terrible bank. I don't know how they are still in business. They clearly need a complete overhaul of staff/employees and policies, and right down to the building itself. Nobody has a clue here. God forbid if you need something after 5PM. There's no after hours line. I was traveling and they decided that my account MIGHT have fraudulent charges. So there I am stuck on a Sunday waiting for them to open so I can find out WHY I cannot get my money to get gas. My children starving and not understanding why I cannot get them something to eat or why we can't get a hotel room. DO NOT BANK HERE! Consider this your warning.
