Dr. Paap and his staff are the best! On my first check-up, we discovered that I needed quite a bit of dental work done, and Dr. Paap's office has worked with me every step of the way. He is very gentle and explains everything while he's doing it, and I have never felt one bit of pain, even during my root canal! I highly recommend Fort Hill Family Dentistry.

During the last visit to Dr. Paap, it showed that he only cares about money and not his patients. While he was depositing (squirting out) the anesthetic solution into my gum, it was hurting very much. I cried since it usually helps me to cope with the pain. Dr. Paap suddenly became very angry and told me if I do not shut up, he would stop fixing my tooth and I will have to go to Greenville for filling. He said that his patients next door would think that he had been hurting me. Instead of calming me down and taking care of the patient, he was only caring about his money. Well, it always hurts he is squirting out the anesthetic solution from the needle and crying actually helps with the pain significantly. I will never go to Dr. Paap again. PS Also his receptionists is finishes work 10-15 mins earlier and it is hard to get hold of their office. Bad service. PPS Also, they overcharge you. When you arrive they show you one bill but months later they send you much bigger bill.

Dr. Paap and his staff are outstanding; best dental experience(s) ever!!! I've never not felt a novacaine shot, until now; Dr. Paap is awesome!!!

Every time I visit for tooth cleaning, there is a new dental hygienist. They are nor professional and my gums soar for weeks after each visit. I am changing the dentistry.

When your new to an area finding new Doctors can be overwhelming at times and for me this was one of those times. After talking to several people and reading tons of reviews I am so thankful I found Dr. Paap! Hands down THE BEST experience I have ever had at a dentist office. From the extremely friendly and personable staff to the exeptional and professional dentistry work. I actually look forward to going back to the dentist! My smile looks better then ever and right in time for our wedding day! (ALL SMILES)
