Ordered days ago to have flowers delivered to my wife's work on Valentine's day. Waited all day for the text from her thanking me for the beautiful flowers... That text never came... Nor did the flowers. It took several phone calls for me to get someone on the phone. Finally when I spoke with someone I was told "well it's Valentine's Day and we're really busy"... Yeah no kidding... It's your businesses super bowl. I was then told deliveries can run up until 9pm... That does me no good when my wife left work at 4:30. Thanks Ft. Myers Florists for making me look like an idiot on Valentine's day. If you cannot handle the volume of orders on your biggest day, perhaps you should stop taking orders. I'll be sure to do my very best in spreading the word on the service I received today. So to those of you out there reading reviews, if you have a special occasion that warrants flowers, and you want to take a risk on them not getting delivered, you found the right place.

Called to put in an order for my mother's birthday this week. Lady on phone said "we're not doing that", only Valentine's Day orders or you have to pay $100 extra for a "special order". I'm confused by this. I guess if you have a birthday in mid-February you're out of luck?? I called another florist and had birthday order taken no problem.

I placed an online order the morning of Feb 13, but due to changed plans, by the afternoon, I called the store to cancel my order. After a 5 mins phone call, I was told the order was found, and it was cancelled. A week later, I checked my credit card statement and saw that I was charged for flowers that we're "canceled". I called the store, and Terry and Diane had told me the flowers were delivered. They told me the manager would investigate and would call me back to follow-up, but never did. After calling the 5th time throughout the week, I finally got ahold of the manager, Jean Marie, and was very short and abrupt to tell me she didn't receive any cancellation orders. I told her I understand it was a miscommunication and the flowers shouldn't have been delivered in the first place, but I don't understand why I was charged for something I didn't want and had cancelled. She told me she spoke to all employees and no one cancelled any orders. She must've thought I dreamt about calling them. I asked if she was able to provide a refund for the mistake, but sharply said no, and told me the conversation was over. However, she did reluctantly offer a half off discount for my next order, but why would I return to a flower shop with poor customer service and argues with their customers.
