We loved Fort Pickens!  There are so many beautiful and incredible things to see here. My toddler loved being able to run around and explore. My teenager had a great time. We will definitely be back here again. The history is phenomenal.

This place is such an interesting find. We had no idea what to expect and had not done any research prior to our arrival. We were so pleasantly surprised - we took a self-guided tour (walking around with an informative brochure but talks about particular points of interest on the property) and learned so much that day. This place is rich with history.

Loved spending my 4th of July here! Pretty beaches, lots of wildlife.

Outstanding views of the Gulf and beaches from fort walls. Very interesting old war relics.

Several of my kids like to "go on adventures" (i.e., walk around outside and explore new things). This is a great place for an adventure!
