Wanted to see what banking would be like at a bank instead of a credit union. Great bank with a very friendly staff.  However, it appears that the staff has to do a lot of calling (to headquarters in Oklahoma) before they can implement certain type of accounts.  I know they are concerned with security, but too many codes to remember.  When opening the account, make sure you read all the information given to you so that you can have a good understanding on how they create requested services, pending transactions, and overdrafts.  I will stay with the credit union.  Nice bank, but I am not too comfortable with headquarters being somewhere else and with the need at times to call them when going into the branch.

The people at Fort Sill National bank were very nice but the bank is a scam for the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer. When I opened my account I signed up for direct deposit. I got paid bi-weekly on Fridays. So when my funds were available in my account I would use my debit card to make purchases. The transactions would go through and when I checked my balance it would say I'll have money available but on Monday or Tuesday I would be in over in overdraft because their systems don't update over the weekends it up dates on week days. Then when I went in to talk to a customer service representative I realized everyone else in their had the same problem with their account even Fort Sill National Bank Employees. I know that because Fort Sill doesn't do a go job keeping their customers business private. Due to the small office space they have available and the representative I spoke informed me she was having the same problem with her account as well.

I couldn't have made a better choice when I chose to open an account with this company. I love the friendly people and all of their hard work they do to make sure all my needs are meet every time I have to visit my branch for assistance. I just want to say keep up the great work and thanks for all you do because your hard work isn't going unnoticed. I glad I choose FSNB for my banking needs!!!
